Some products and/or services offered may ask for consent for a soft pull credit inquiry. If that is the case, we will ask you for the following types of information: contact information (such as name, address, phone number, and email address) and the option to consent. You understand by providing consent, you agree you are authorizing and providing written instructions for Us to obtain your credit profile from any consumer reporting agency which can be used to evaluate your financial history for the purpose of providing you with targeted offers based on your credit profile.

By providing consent, you are providing “written instructions” to Us and its employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, third party data sources and suppliers, and all other credit reporting agencies under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), as amended, to access your credit files from each national credit reporting agency and to exchange information about you with each such national credit reporting agency in order to verify your identity and to provide the products and/or services to you. You agree and hereby authorize Us, its agents and employees, to provide your personally identifiable information to third parties as provided in this Privacy Policy, as may be amended from time to time, You waive any and all claims against Us and its agents and employees for the acts or omissions of these third parties with regard to the use or disclosure of such information.   • Targeted advertising, social media, and analytics companies – We sold and shared Identifiers, Characteristics of Protected Classifications Under California or Federal Law, Geolocation Information, Commercial Information, Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information, Professional or Employment Information and Consumer Inferences for the purposes described above. These companies may use your Personal Data for additional purposes outlined in their privacy policies.
  • Business Partners – We may share your subscriber information which includes your Identifiers, Characteristics of Protected Classifications Under California or Federal Law, Geolocation Information, Commercial Information, Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information, Professional or Employment Information and Consumer Inferences, with our business partners. The business partners include general business partners, affiliates, and joint venture partners. We share this information with them so that they can send you information about our products and services as well as third party products and services. When you choose to take part in our services and/or offerings, you are authorizing us to provide your email address and subscriber information you have entered to our business partners. You may adjust your subscription at any time via links provided in any email that you receive.

RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. When you request select Services, We may ask for your consent to conduct a soft credit pull to obtain your credit score and debt amount from your personal credit report and other information about you from each consumer reporting agency in order to verify and confirm data you have already provided to connect you with the appropriate network partner to provide the services you request. You understand that a soft credit pull will not negatively impact your credit score and may be reflected on your credit report for up to two years. By giving your consent, you are providing “written instructions” to Us under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), as amended, to access your Account Information from each national consumer reporting agency about you. You also agree and hereby authorize Us to transmit your information to Our authorized service providers as provided in this Privacy Policy as necessary to provide you with the Services you have requested. This information will not be shared or disclosed to any non-affiliated third party. We will only use this information for verification and confirmation purposes.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use cookies (a small text file placed on your computer to identify your computer and browser) and other automated tools such as pixels to track your interaction with Our Site and to improve the experience of Our Site and Services, such as saving your preferences from visit to visit to present you with a customized version of the Website. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of Our Service. Trusted Form and Jornaya

We use ActiveProspect’s TrustedForm and/or Jornaya’s Lead ID Script to independently document users’ consent to be contacted. These scripts may be embedded on our website and collect the following information when you interact with the page(s) where the script is present: page URL, mouse movements and clicks, contact information inputted by the user, a snapshot of the page, including IP address of the user’s computer, time on the page, date and time that the script was loaded, as well as the date and time of the various user interactions with the page, and HTTP headers from the user’s browser. Right to Delete

Please understand that We are not required to honor a deletion request if a legal exemption applies such as if We need the information to complete a requested or reasonably anticipated transaction, prevent security incidents or fraud, enable internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations, or comply with legal obligations. We will process verified requests within 45 days, subject to any applicable exceptions and extensions permitted by law. We will retain a copy of your deletion request for at least two years as required by law.

Right to Correct

You have the right to request that We correct inaccurate Personal Data We maintain about you. Authorized Agent

If you are an authorized agent submitting a request for another consumer, you must provide a copy of a lawful power of attorney or written authorization from the Consumer (along with proof of your identity). You will be provided options on how to provide this documentation after submitting the request. We may contact you or the Consumer on whose behalf you claim to act to verify your authorization.

Right to Non-Discrimination

We do not discriminate against person who exercise any of their rights described in Our privacy policy.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 16 without verification of parental consent, We will immediately take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
